Precisely equal? Underscore-precisely-underscore-equal to taking ALL the labor AND resources of everyone "else"?? It's more like taking maybe 30% of combined output and redistributing it equally to all, including those paying the taxes.
Where does the constitution give the government the power to redistribute wealth just because some folks think that would be nice? If you want to pass a constitutional amendment doing that, give it a go.

Dude for a guy who is smart this is a SEVERE misunderstanding of everything about how our government works. Of course the legislative branch can enact taxes and choose what to spend money on... that is what laws are!
