A question for all the atheists out there... Deep down, do you ever hope that you're wrong?

My primary problem with atheists (I'm irreligious) is they seem fervent in their assumption the world will become intelligible only when all myths are deconstructed. It won't. What's left will be no more intelligible than what's gone, perhaps less so.

Research Christian apologetics. I was questioning truth as my kids were saying the same as people here. Listened to hours of audio/read books (much of Bible/ Quran) Wow, the answers are there. Many have "blind faith" and that's fine...but need to be able to defend the faith too.

Assuming God exists, his enemy (Satanism) would make clear the true path. Still assuming the reality of it all, it is natural that the enemy of God would waste no time trying to dismantle any false religions. This is what we have with the Church of Satan. They attack only one.
