It would be ethical if we had rational laws. The way we treat student loans isn't rational. Students should be able to bankrupt out of them. When the students go bk, the institutions that sold them the bad paper that failed to get them a job should be on the hook for the loans.
Wouldn’t this just make entire fields of study ineligible for loans?

Would lead to stricter admittance and future planning required by the University I bet.
