Global warming is a serious threat. Maybe not totally fatal for civilization, but it will create a wide variety of problems. From difficulties growing food, to the biggest refugee crisis humanity has ever faced. It's not mature nor scientific to take heat out of the issue.

I think there’s a difference though between taking the heat out of something, and bringing reason to something, of which he tends to do the latter. Climate change is at least being tackled by scientists and entrepreneurs, but nuclear weapons are now in the hands of big children.
