Even more interesting is the reverse: if there's a lack of differentiation between two partners, then they're both effectively neutered.

I'm guessing because they don't ovulate every thirty days the ladies and gents of our furry cousins may be considerably closer in behavior w/o neutering .....interesting stuff

Quite underwhelmed..Why do you think we spay and neuter our animals and have done for years?? Ones you don't breed from, anyway.. Amongst all other reasons, too many unloved dogs!

I’m a low-key activist for dogs getting vasectomies and ovary-sparing spays instead. It’s hard to find vets who will do the the procedures though.
