Many carnivores are morally opposed to factory farming. Linking this opposition to veganism strengthens the perception of moral panic.

Something morally right can be a moral panic.

Local and little/medium size production is more "ethical" than large scale production (animal, or plant, or fungi, etc.). Vegan "morale" stuff as nothing to do with scale. Scale is the problem, not animal versus plant.

My guess is companies like
@MemphisMeats will save the day for everybody who have the moral in order but can't do it. Free will and all that. All they need is money to scale it it up and we could stop eating animals but keep eating meat.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
