What do you think of arguments that eating beef causes less animal suffering than poultry and lamb, due to one sentient cow producing way more meat than other commonly eaten animals?

I endorse that argument. I think it's solid.

I don't like veal, so I don't order it. If the demand goes down, so will the relatively awful practice of producing it. I'm all for informed decisions, but to deny other people their own choice is totalitarianism.

Was never a fan of the virtue signaling nature of most vegans, but I respect that their goal is actually a world with less suffering. There are also much less negative societal externalities to radical vegans compared to other forms of radicalization.

I have. I'm too poor to get veal most of the time, but I would chow on it any day if I had the opportunity. I would not hesitate.

Any of you have any method to feed the world's current population without livestock and factory farming? BTW, your mind and nervous system cannot survive without B12 which is only available thru animal protein.

You can buy ethically raised veal. They certify they are free roam and not mistreated. Expensive.
