Taleb’s ‘arrogance’ and persona on twitter is very effective in bringing attention to those he calls BS or charlatan. Note, his tawk is not cheap, and is nearly always back up by statistical evidence or reasoning, compared with those he ‘attacks’ for all to see.

I’m blocked for disagreeing on the “thread of genetic engineering.” Called a charlatan because I disagreed with the risk model because I “didn’t understand the math.” Except, with a PhD in genetics, one can recognize a model built on faulty assumptions w/o stats.
