If he wrote "this is why it's morally right to doxx them" it would be an argument. But writing "this is not an argument for doxxing" is a blatant, immediate lie. Shame on them.

Exactly. I agree with the explicit position and would argue it's reasonable. But why lie about it? You can't call for doxxing while saying it's not doxxing because it's effective and for a good cause.
