Does anyone on academic twitter today have experience converting a MWF lecture class into a Tu-Th lecture class? How much material did you end up cutting and how did you approach it?

I don't make my lectures quite as thematic as some teachers do. Mine are composed of little topical sublectures that can be swapped around as needed.
