WHY does no one talk about homeostasis when it comes to
#ClimateDebate ??? -
Because at the rate that the manifold environmental and biosphere changes are predicted to occur, homeostatic effects will be much too small. Positive feedback loops will occur on a much shorter timescale than negative ones for the same effect. Why? Entropy!

Though both Frame and Allen writing on climate risks (and the editors) equivocate on whether it should be regarded as an "existential threat". They seem to agree that it is potentially one.
