This seems fake. I don't get these results when I search. Are you confident this wasn't doctored?

There is a "More" section added to the end of the first definitions. If you click that then it does indeed include flag waving, xenophobia, chauvinism, jingoism

depends on where google pulls their definition from.

They pull it from Oxford Dictionaries. You get the same definition if you go to http://lexico.com

Another thing people forget is that google search also factors in your geographical location and the like for many searches. There is likely more results we aren't even seeing depending on location, past search history, isp etc etc
