As someone who's familiar with Roosh, I'll just say this: I doubt the sincerity of his conversion, and I pity anyone he gets involved with.
This change was coming for some time. He's lacking in quite a lot of clarity and understanding, but he'll stick at it.

I don’t know what to make of the situation, I’m familiar with Roosh but also witnessed a death recently like he did his sister’s, if anything could transform you it’s that (though not a guarantee it did)

I DOUBT HIS ENTIRE STORY
As someone who is also familiar with Roosh going back to his early DC blog, I share this sentiment. As I told a friend who also knows him, "He's either a shameless opportunist reinventing himself to find a new line of work or he's gone off the deep end." I think the former.
