Can you explain why he has come to his conclusions on this? Is it a desire to be contrarían on everything? Is it some sort of well intended defense of a noble lie? Or what?

His entire life revolves around campaigning against academia and putting too much trust in predictions and thinking that doing something theoretically translates perfectly into practice - and Iq tests represent all of those things perfectly. Is there a better goal for him?
