Nope. Empirical research on romantic love shows people have a pretty clear consensual idea of what it means.

I’ve been in several years long relationships. But I’m still not sure if I’ve ever or am even capable of ‘falling in love’ (outside of the lust that attends the honey moon phase). Is it my autism or have I just not met the right person?

I'm with you on this. It seems to me "love" is the last religion - nobody can prove it exists but everyone believes it does. If you challenge a "believer" they tell you "you just haven't felt love yet". Tell them the same about "God" and they'd characterise you as medieval.
