So glad I found the red pill in my 30s, it opened my eyes to a few things but also cemented things that I’ve learned from experience. Since the beginning I’ve seen the flaw in it, as someone I’ve actually experienced abundance there is more to life than notch count & validation

Yep, he summed it up pretty well. Though the "manosphere" has some nuggets of wisdom to offer, there's no shortage of droning on and on and fucking ON about how ALL women are out to take advantage of men. Reminded me of the worst form of feminism, a mirror image really.
