I assume you have this alt right labeling controversy in mind. It’s not obviously libel. Intentionally someone alt right or whatever term you like and it hurting their reputation isn’t libel. The terms are up for interpretation. There’s no neutral frame for the libertarian to use

1/3 Suing someone for libel has very specific legal requirements. I don't think that calling someone alt-right necessarily meets them. It could though, EG: Peter runs a clothing store, college students shop there from a nearby liberal college.
