My favourite are the deliberately ambiguous questions which will directly affect the outcome but in unpredictable ways. And you’ll never know if there was a better or more accurate way to fill it in.

I agree but the people you are addressing might still say it's not general intelligence but specific abilities, or that this is a product of environment and education.

Yes, I agree with Tweetledumb. General intelligence is definitely not the only factor. Possibly not even the most important. Being able to read & familiarity with documents, would be more specific factors.

I understand them all very well (in Italy, FWIW). The problem is that in most, if not all, contracts, there are punitive clauses or poison pills that would prevent you from signing anything.
