Last I checked, acetaminophen was the number 1 cause of ER overdose visits.

Sudden thought: It works against migraines (Migraine Strength Excedrin.) In a House episode he induced in himself a migraine then treated it with a psychedelic. Both are thought to act on the serotonin system? Are those who microdose while on acetaminophen more likely to trip?
