I know a biology professor who has stopped teaching about reproduction, because there were too many complaints from offended conservative students.
This sounds dubious. I've taught human sexuality for 20 years, and never got complaints from conservative students.

You mean that you don't believe this professor? I do not have permission to reveal his identity, but let me just say that I am pretty sure that the complaints really happened. But I grant you this: what we can't be sure of is that the students who were offended were conservative.
