TBH I'm more pissed about the billions of organisms in all five trophic levels from bacteria to small mammals killed by monoculture ag, while vegans who eat plants regard themselves as morally superior. All diets kill. Eating one grass-fed ruminant annually kills the fewest.

I have some sympathy for your seemingly utilitarian perspective, but I’m not sure it’s a viable long-term strategy.
