Agreed people are the problem, but short of changing human nature a solution needs to be technical. I’m game for any technology that blocks cell phones inside the theater, but only inside the theater (it’s my understanding, I could be wrong, that other nations allow jamming).
Also tiny autonomous drones that seek and destroy any food wrapped in cellophane.
