It's pretty incredible how quickly you're able to imagine a lot of creative ways to see how systems could deteriorate.
How clever parents will manipulate the ETS 'Adversity Score' for their kids
1) under-report educations & incomes
2) move kid to bad high school in 11th grade
3) rent vacant apartment in bad neighborhood as official mailing address
4) etc

It’s going to hurt innocent working class immigrants the most because wealthy populations, especially the ethnic Chinese immigrant population that I am very familiar with, will invest millions to wreck and sabotage the system that the ETS is playing Oppression Olympics with.
