Imagine if schools actually helped kids identify their strengths by exploring their talents from a young age & growing their skills over the 12 years of their education instead of letting them all follow the same routine like sheep & leaving them confused in life after graduation

Yes. But what's lacking in my humble opinion are more personalized tracks of education in k-12 (on top of the standardized testing + tracking). - Many of the core classes forced upon the masses are dry, dull, and irrelevant on the grand scheme of everyday life for many people.
