      1 nuke launched anywhere by anyone, triggers retaliation by those who've been delegated launch authority or by deadhand reprisal. Triggering nukes from others & MAD --*UNLESS*a super power has somehow revoked delegated authority & replaced with military-wide never launch protocol

      @DanielEllsberg's "The Doomsday Machine" scared me straight thx very little to @primalpoly's recommendation because the U.S. has nuclear launch authority delegated well beyond the suitcase & presumably so has every other nuclear state. Once a single nuke is launched...GAME OVER.

          Altho age/tbi = impaired memory, I'm sure I read a book/article recently that included an anecdote re: the author accompanying a girlfriend to a family member's home & that family member being none other than Mr. Ellsburg. If I recall properly, he was the life of the dinner party
