Twice. I used to be pro-choice. At that time I was 15/16 and very liberal and thought it would help with population control. Then I understood how societal stability works beyond individuals and went pro-life. Now am pro-choice again, and think abortion is voluntary eugenics.

However, in general I think that abortions should be legal, but only until a point, say the first trimester. You can't have both a society with lots of premarital sex and no recourse in case of accidental pregnancies.

Having a baby, feeling her move inside changed everything for me. A human life is in there.

Similar change during the course of wife's first pregnancy and seeing the child on ultrasound.

From "super pro-choice "to "ehhh lets slow down a bit, we need to have a conversation". From "they're just a clump of cells" to "that's definitely a baby". I've yet to come to a intellectually consistent position.

I have always been pro-choice, but I have learned a lot more about the pro-life side which has helped me be more nuanced in my feelings and argumentation on the subject

I’ve always had the same view point. I’m pro life, but if a female gets raped, molested, etc., she should have the option of having an abortion...within a decent timeframe however.
