Geoff, what’s difference between a narcissist and a psychopath if both are low in consicientiousness and high in disagreeability and emotional instability?
They're correlated... lots of research on 'the Dark Triad' of narcissism, Machiavellianism, and psychopathy. Narcissists tend to end up doing a lot of public speaking; psychopaths tend to end up in jail.
