An awful lot. My pal's little boy needed it, the skin too tight, simple as that. Lots & lots of kids need it.

So comparing 4 boys in every 1000 to 115 in every 1000. It's obvious that more boys will suffer from complications than will ever need a circumcision for medical reasons.

She was told it is incredibly common, either skin too tight or infection thru poor hygiene, https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/circumcision-in-boys/ … Far more hygienic anyway to have it done.
