Yes. And evolutionary psychology will not be a final destination but a bridge from distal-level questions to proximate-level answers in the greater field of biopsychology.

Traditional evo(psych) approaches are necessary to understand the history and function of psychological/devo mechanisms. Bio/genetics necessary for mechanisms and processes. But, evo psy & bio/genetic psy have developed largely in parallel -- true integration is needed.
