Generational relations are complex. But putting faith in others generally gets reciprocated. Viewing other generations antagonistically is both harmful and one of the oldest stories in the book.
TFW you're grading undergrad term papers, and some of them are actually _really_ good -- thoughtful, scholarly, creative, & funny -- and your faith in Gen Z is somewhat restored.
