  is it possible to create Fed-Gov alternatives for privately-owned social domains like Twitter/Fbook, to fight the #Censorship? Could we fortify them with the 1st Amendment without creating more Censorship? Btw I'm no fan of big government but time is running short.

  It gets better than that. There is the commercial party exemption to 4rth Amendment. Since your activity online is in commercial hands, USG considers your privacy moot. Uncle Sam can request your data any time they want from social media companies, no warrant necessary.
