Plant-based meat sounds good and all but I don’t really want Zuckeberg/Dorsey/Kalanick-type guys in charge of food.

It's clearly where things are going. Question is when. In the meantime, plant-based imitations are like what hybrids are to full electric cars, a transitional technology.

Have you had an ultimate burger? I actually like it more than beef. I was surprised when my buddy grilled up both and had me do a taste test and he makes amazing beef burgers.
