I just have a hard time believing people would defend Rubin's interview style so much, if he had a full blown commie or Antifa member sit down & voice pro Marx, pro commie, anti white, anti men views for an hour completely unchallenged. IMO many people would suddenly get my issue
The entirety of mainstream media already does that, 24/7. Why can't we have at least a few people like @RubinReport offering different views?

Lord, this is so boring. When I challenge Ben on gay marriage, Prager on death penalty, others on baking cake, etc., it doesn't count for some reason. Everyone tries to destroy each other, I don't so I'm the problem. Hilarious. I do my show my way, if they don't like don't watch.

I think what irks people is the insincerity. If you want to promote one side of politics and relentlessly shit on the other, that's fine. But don't pretend that you're some impartial observer who's just interested in ideas.

By number of viewers, FoxNews is as mainstream as it gets. And there's plenty of other GOP friendly media companies too: Sputnik, InfoWars, RT, Breitbart, DailyStormer, 4chan, 8chan, GatewayPundit, Sinclair Broadcasting & talk radio... Lots.

Mostly because he pretends not to. And he dies readily resist left wing views on the show. My issue is that his clear bias masquerading as evenhanded heterodoxy poisons the whole IDW well...quite a cost to keeping a clear non-intellectual in the club.

Rubin was important at one time. His early interviews were crucial. To keep the intellectual theme going, he petered out during his assistant professorship and I'm not inclined to grant him tenure.
