What made this book so inspiring compared to previous writers about the idea of machines becoming more intelligent and superceding hom sap? On your recommendation I wanna take a look.

Bostrom just packs a lot more ideas and insights into each page, and has a genuinely visionary, balanced take on the issue.

“Superintelligence” was concise and well written, and I love the topic, but it was mostly a review with obvious conclusions. “The Mating Mind” provided MUCH more in the way of original thought.... just saying....
