Which Americans are more patriotic, on average -- those on the Right or the Left?

I was a cop for 4 yrs, served in Iraq, almost died, have a Purple Heart, know many who have died in service, but I don’t like to use the word patriotic b/c it sounds too populist and nationalistic for me. I love my country but my experiences have made me more libertarian.
Thank you for your service. I also love my country, and I'm also a libertarian. But I'm also willing to identify as a patriot. It's a complicated issue no doubt.

The "survey" is preloaded as the very term patriotic is more commonly invoked by conservatives to imply unity against others, whilst the left focus on "injustices" within the country, with a less straightforward argument this too is a form of patriotism.

I certainly don’t think it’s a bad word. I fully support its actual meaning As I think about this issue, i likely shy away from the word patriot b/c it’s been associated with groups I absolutely don’t agree with...anti-immigration/America First type rhetoric
