To me, ‘Woke’ is the privileged generation running our family business into the ground every damn day and joyriding at night in cars we can’t afford, doing donuts on the front lawn of our family home while crank calling the neighbors. How that makes me ‘right wing’ is beyond me.

And I live partially on line. Same as you and Geoff sir.

Geoffrey may have a point, but you Eric? "running [the] family business into the ground… joyriding at night…" <- That's rich kids. People who are not rich don't have family biz to run into the ground. The average US household income is $30k, and $60k for a two income household.

Then you’re aware that we’ve definanced public university. Boomers climbed the ladder & kicked it out from underneath them. Privileged is ridiculous. They are facing massive student debt, lower wages, higher rents. More than 80% of the new wealth created last year went to the 1%.

Christopher's point holds for many. I'm a young millenial who worked at NASA, engaged to an old gen Z machine learning engineer. Our sample friend size is left centrist and it's a large-ish sample given our ability to network (thankfully.)

When I read the temperature, we're grateful people like Eric are speaking out, but we're saturated by the back-and-forth. We get it already! We care for the Andrew Yang approach and that's what we'll support.
