      Mixed feelings about covert recording of professors. I say some edgy stuff in my human sexuality class that partisans on both sides would find offensive. Do we want to impose a chilling effect on classroom teaching from fear of comments going viral?

      You're entirely missing the point of recording your teachers in class. we're not talking about sexuality or anything of that nature. We're talking about a bias against students that hurts them in some way. Normally the bias is political.

      Human sexuality is the most politicized topic in all of the behavioral sciences. Every element of sex research comes across as 'political' to politically-polarized students.
