Would that I could. But I think the people of a city can change their city in whatever way they think best suits their changing needs, and if you want cities that remain relevant for millennia, this is needed
I just want to differentiate "Destroy this because the past is bad and should be forgotten" (terrible), from "This is a shame but this building no longer fulfills its purpose and we need to replace it" (necessary)
