Often, it's the bad (and annoying) bioethics work that takes its goal to be justifying 'yuck' reactions. But there's lots of work out there that gives so special weight to yuck reactions and engages in careful, precise analysis.
You would probably have to go into the court reporters (those law case books you see in background bookshelves of those ambulance chaser ads) to find the best examples...
