Agreed: what happened to them was awful and should not be defended. But we shouldn't mistake what happened to them for a trend or representative pattern.
What conservative views do you hold that are outside the Overton window? If none, how would you know whether you feel free to speak your mind?

Again, anecdotes aren't data. What *I* feel (at my 1 university) tells us nothing about what's going on systematically. What does? The data that's been collected on this topic. (Again, see my first post linking to
