TBH I'm more worried about swarms of autonomous assassination mini-drones with face-recognition tech. It would take a _lot_ of minigun robots attacking soldiers to equal the impact of eliminating one head of state.

It's about to end. AI made all of us obsolete. It can design and discover better then any human. This chaos is to eliminate the free world, and cut us off from technology. We will be the ignorant slave race for the elite.
Perhaps, but a misaligned AGI is more dangerous. The real threat these robots pose is to jobs. They’re doing warehouse fulfillment in the video, add to that driverless trucks, autonomous production lines, and quality sensors, you now have robots controlling entire supply chains.
Yep, the dangers of misaligned AGI are why I'm teaching a class focused on that and other X-risks.

Technology is a reflection it can be altruistic and selfish its evolutionary effect is dependent on the individual/society/species that employs it. Evolution used both genetic routes. Maybe The sócio-genotypes that controls knowledge/tech can direct the species evolutionary path
How far away are we from Ai that can decide whether or not to reveal/display intelligence? Or is that utter sci-fi until some far future? Because that seems bad.
