Simple idea to make Twitter better... Anonymous accounts are fine because having non-conformist thought subjects you to the mob. Once you get 5k followers you can no longer be anonymous. Many journalists are using anonymous accounts as proxies to do their dirty work. Thoughts?

The inability to delete tweets could be a change for the better. Once you send a tweet, no matter how ill-informed it may be, it is now a part of your feed, no matter what. People would be far more judicious in what they choose to write or share.
You want people to pre-emptively censor themselves so ruthlessly that they never say _anything_ that they wouldn't be willing to see in the permanent record?

That’s a fair point. I suppose my thinking was that permanent tweets would encourage users into more a more cautious conduct. Every hot take, every snarky insult, every link to questionable content, it’s there and people will see it, so behave accordingly.
