1. The idea that politics has ever been absent from “identity politics” or “culture wars” is false. 2. The idea that discussing race or gender or inequality, etc is somehow separate and apart from discussing politics writ large is nonsensical.
So, are you advocating identity politics for everyone, or identity politics for no one? Genuine question.

Can I take a shot in the dark that distinction is going to be an obfuscative way of just going, "IP is okay and for non-whites and identiarism is the name when 'white people' do it." How close was I? In honesty, I might be being a bit cynical.
