Whereas the ACLU may have previously made appearances of having principles, it was all a ruse. They have since stopped pretending. In some perverse way, they're actually more honest about their agenda now than they used to be.

Not in my lifetime they haven't. I am disgusted at their lack of concern/fight over the FISA and 702 abuses and spying on American citizens but are instead involved in arguing biology and anatomy are subjective. ACLU is completely worthless.
