Well, to be perfectly candid, I suspect we will ultimately converge. Our logical frameworks are very similar, and the important values are mostly in alignment. But I don't think we will converge where you think we will.

Polyamory causes the same problems you see in polygamy with excess low value partnerless males. In 20 years time women who think they are secure in a committed poly relationship will also be dumped for younger women. It’s a shit system that causes societal problems

Jealousy and possessiveness are instincts that will prevent this from happening on a widespread basis. Plenty of people still believe in soul mates, monogamy, etc.

Polyamory does not appear to address the fundamental civilizational problems of 'casual sex', let alone mitigate them. If anything, it makes the situation even worse by legitimizing adultery - of which the fundamental civilizational problem is not "the dishonesty."
