Hypothetically: take identical twins. One grows up eating a balanced diet, regular exercise, top class education, etc. - the other eats fast food daily, no exercise at all, never went to school and got an education, used drugs frequently, etc. - there would be no IQ difference?

The diet and exercise might make a small difference. Education will make none whatsoever.
