A great episode. Unfortunately their views are extremely contentious according to many on social media
And yet, their views are totally reasonable to anyone who understands evolutionary biology. Weird how that works.

Science can be too inconvenient for some to bear. It's easier to get mad and lambast than have to completely reconstruct a worldview.

To be fair, they harbor nuanced views, which are difficult to accurately represent in (say) the twitter verse. I particularly enjoyed their thoughts on consent and romance
