I dont need anymore vegan technocrat propaganda. Synthetic meat is an absurd proposition. Livestock agriculture should be reformed to solve the abuse of animals but animal derived protein is integral to the human foodshed. No amount of ivory tower intellectualism will change that

I absolutely favour the end to factory farming. But it sometimes seems as if the "sentientist" position ignores or elides the importance of preserving ecosystems. Beyond a certain (hard-to-define precisely) tipping point, if they go, we all suffer.
