I actually loved 'Conquest of Cool'; it's mostly Thomas Frank's later books that I disagreed with, mostly bc I lean libertarian and he leans kinda socialist.

Ah, makes perfect sense. I did wonder if u have issues w that particular book. I used to feel I was n great agreement w Thomas Frank! Loved 'What's the Matter..', too. Nobody listened to those older school liberals which I still think is a damn shame. Thanks!

Liberals, progs, went w feminism, identity politics,Third Worldism, & went anti-American & anti-white. Frank types advocated for programs, jobs, all about kitchen table issues, fundamentally. That route woulda been better than going Woke.
