I realize it might be an uphill struggle, but it's easier to influence a nascent union than to influence a university administration....
I'm joining our new faculty union @UA_UNM here at @UNM. Collective Bargaining Agreements can help faculty preserve free speech & viewpoint diversity, and take power back from virtue-signaling administrators. @HdxAcademy should look into this more as a strategy.pic.twitter.com/Shokk5qxFv

If a union can also help redirect money from bloated admin salaries back to faculty salaries (which have decreased after inflation for the last 15 years), I'm all for it.
